Study visits (CNMC -Spanish Competition Authority-, Audiencia Nacional –Spanish High Court-, and EU Institutions)

As a complementary activity to the itinerary of courses that this Jean Monnet Module proposes, study visits will be organised to some national important institutions, such as the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia –the Spanish Competiton Authority- and Audiencia Nacional –Spanish High Court- where appeals of the CNMC decisions are brought. Furthermore, a visit to Brussels and Luxembourg will also try to be organised. The visit will focused on EU Institutions and other relevant actors dealing with Single European Market and EU Competition Law, such as the European Commission, The European Parliament and the European Court of Justice, law firms, etc.
