ActivitiesThe Royal University Institute for European Studies has among its main tasks the teaching and promotion of European affairs. To this end, the Institute regularly celebrates diverse academic events, counting on the collaboration of different European institutions and organizations, scholars, politicians and researchers of wide recognition in the domestic and international sphere. The International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) of the Royal University Institute for European Studies of CEU San Pablo University organise the CIAMEN Permanent Arbitration Seminar which will address the topic of: “The UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts 2016: Both General Principles of Law and General Default Rules for International Commercial Contracts", exposed by Prof. Eckart Brödermann, professor at the University of Hamburg and lawyer trained in three jurisdictions (Germany, France and United States).

The event will take place on Wednesday, 17 June 2020 at 17:00 (CET) and will be held virtually.
