The former Minister of Justice, Alberto Ruiz Gallardón, awarded the Gran Cruz de San Raimundo de Peñafort to Bernardo Cremades, a well-known international arbitrator and member of the Advisory Committee of the International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) at the headquarters of the European Commission Representation Office in Spain on 8 May 2014.
This imposition was previously proposed by the International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) before the Royal Academy of Law and Legislation of Madrid.
