research by the International <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idee.ceu.es\/ciamen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Center for Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation (CIAMEN)<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciarb.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)<\/a> in London, England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This program aims to introduce the concept of <strong>alternative dispute resolution (ADR)<\/strong> and provide a comprehensive examination of arbitration as a means of resolving disputes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prestigious faculty and academic rigor of both institutions ensure that, through an intensive course, participants will acquire the knowledge necessary not only to represent parties in arbitration proceedings but also to
