MAIN CENTRE

The Centre for Competition Policy and Regulation (CPCR)

The Centre for Competition Policy and Regulation (CPCR) is a division of the Royal University Institute for European Studies at CEU San Pablo University that specializes in the study of Competition Law and Policy. It is an interdiciplinary centre, with primary focus on legal and economic aspects.

International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN)

The International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) at the Royal University Institute of European Studies is an academic centre dedicated to research, teaching, and outreach on all matters related to arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Centre for European Union, Asian, and Pacific Studies (CEAP)

The Centre for European Union, Asian, and Pacific Studies of the Royal University Institute for European Studies focuses on the study of relations between the European Union and this part of the world, recognizing the growing importance of Asian nations in multilateralism and the European Union’s role in global governance. The Centre will serve as a forum for reflection on relations in areas such as politics, geopolitics, security, and history; the humanities and social sciences, economics and finance, digital transformation and innovation, and the environment and climate. The Centre is coordinated by Javier Porras Belarra, Professor of European Union Law, Public International Law and International Relations at Universidad CEU San Pablo.

Centre for International Law and Global Governance (CDIG)

The Center for International Law and Global Governance is a research center that forms part of the Royal University Institute of European Studies, recognized by the European Union as a Jean Monnet Center of Excellence, and which collaborates closely with other universities and research centers. Committed to the study and promotion of international law, the Center for International Law and Global Governance (CDIG) was founded in 2020 with the aim of serving as a forum for debate through symposia, conferences, publications, and projects. The center’s coordinator is Sandra Galimberti Díaz-Faes.

Centre for European Christian Foundations and Values (CFVC)

The Center for Christian Foundations and Values in Europe (CFVC) #RedValores, part of the Royal University Institute for European Studies, was established with the mission of studying and promoting an understanding of the roots of European culture. The center’s coordinator is Álvaro Silva Soto, deputy director of RIDEE.
