Course Information
The main aim of the course is to provide a solid understanding of competition law, as well as the most significant cases at European, Spanish and international level.
To achieve this aim, the programme boasts a first-class teaching team comprising renowned academics and professionals from both the public and private sectors. Classes will be delivered in both face-to-face and online formats, with the latter option intended for those who, for valid reasons, are unable to attend in person. The teaching methodology will be based on the resolution of practical case studies, including workshops.
