Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Complutense University of Madrid and Research Advisor to the Institute of Fiscal Studies (Spanish Ministry of Finance), since 2012. Member of the section on VAT of the Spanish Society of Tax Advisors (from 2011) and member of the editorial boards of Spanish tax reviews (e.g., Crónica Presupuestaria -from 2013 and El Cronista del Estado Social y democratic de Derecho –from- 2009). Member of several commissions of the Finance Ministry. Author of several books and papers on environmental tax lax, international taxation, European taxation and Corporate tax.
