What is the CEAP?


The Centre for European Union, Asia and Pacific Studies of the Royal University Institute for European Studies focuses on the study of relations between the European Union and this part of the world, being aware of the growing importance of Asian states in multilateralism and the role of the European Union in global governance. The Centre will be a forum for reflection on relations in areas such as politics, geopolitics, security and history, human and social sciences, economics and finance, digital developments and innovation, and environment and climate. The coordinator of the centre is Javier Porras Belarra, professor of European Union Law, International Public Law and International Relations at CEU San Pablo University.
