ARBITRATION SUPERIOR COURSE

The Arbitration Superior Course is the result of several years of research carried out between the International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London, United Kingdom.

This programme aims to introduce the notion of so-called "alternative means of dispute resolution (ADR)" and, in particular, to examine comprehensively what arbitration is and how it works as a tool for conflict resolution.

The prestigious teaching staff and academic rigour of both institutions guarantee that, through an intensive course, the participant will be able to acquire the information that will allow him/her not only to represent the parties in an arbitration procedure, but also to act as an arbitrator.

This is the first arbitration course in Spanish offered as part of the "Recognised Course Provider (RCP)" programme and its completion allows participants to subsequently qualify for accreditation at Member level (MCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

The course will be held in Madrid, as a meeting point for all international participants from all Spanish-speaking countries.

Recently, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) has renewed the accreditation as Recognised Course Provider to the Royal University Institute of European Studies of the CEU San Pablo University for the period 2019-2022.
